A note from the program director - Chris Smith

ARA is excited to offer this unique program designed to promote the power of a multicultural workforce and create opportunities in institutional real estate investment management for people and students of all backgrounds. We see a need in the industry for more diverse perspectives and as program director, I hope the two days offer and provide a dynamic agenda and useful tools for students to carry into their job searches and future careers. Students will hear from recent graduates who work at ARA, offering insight into their job searches and their current roles and responsibilities. They will get day-in-the-life snapshots, as well as a session of the future of real estate and industry trends. We hope this gives a sense of the language used in the industry and provides many networking opportunities for students to learn and grow.

We look forward to reviewing your applications. If you have any questions, please email We look forward to meeting participants in the fall.
